I have a border collie that is 14 years old and has very bad hip dysplasia. Starting today, it seems she can't get in the position to defecate.

I was outside with her or about the past 45 minutes and although she tries, she stumbles and just walks a bit and tries again. Does anyone have any input on what I should do? I feel horrible for her, but I have no clue what to try. She can still squat to pee, but can't seem to get in the position to poop.
