since so many of you have had questions lately regarding parvo and how to treat it, disinfect from it and whether it is transmissible i have linked this page for you directly from the american veterinary medical association. feel free to look around their site for more answers to other questions you have regarding the health of your pets. http://www.avma.org/careforanimals/animatedjourneys/pethealth/canine.asp#4
BE VERY CAREFUL WHO YOU BUY YOUR PUPPY FROM. I BOUGHT A ROTTWEILER PUPPY 5 DAYS AGO. SHE IS AT THE VET NOW WITH PARVO. SHE WAS FINE YESTERDAY MORNING AND THEN WENT DOWNHILL FROM THERE. THE BREEDER WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP. I WILL HAVE A 500.00 VET BILL. I JUST PRAY THAT SHE WILL PULL THROUGH. IF YOU GET A NEW PUP, TAKE IT TO THE VET IMMEDIATELY.
