What is the most unique thing about your dog? Julien: His eyes are so intent/alert sometimes we think he is really a human trapped in a canine body. Best watchdog! TootToot: He prefers to walk on his hind legs! Velvet: Most humble, sweetest, shy until TootToot or Julien try to steal her treats. Then this 7.5 lb sweet Chihuahua gets vicious! Sweetie: Rhodesian Ridgeback mix that rarely barks. Mei Ling (RIP): Slept when I slept, ate when I ate most compatible and adaptable pet. I miss you! Tyson: English Bulldog that NEVER starts snorting. Snorts so much is often mistaken for a pig! Toree (RIP): English Bulldog -most sensitive. We miss you Toree.
Our Gracie will put her chin and rest it on your knee and look up at you with such sad, sad eyes, like she has the weight of the world on her shoulders. Her Uniqueness is in the way she protects us and watch's over us and our every move. God bless her..... Greta is a litlle pumpkin.... She has so much interest in what life is all about. She explores everything and every move....Her eyes show life and all it has to offer. Max is getting on in years, His wisdom is uncanny. Hes tired most of the time and just likes to enjoy what time he has left. He may be small but his heat is huge! To our sweeties.. who passed on beyond what we know....Abby and my sweet girl Gwenna, there is no where that I dont feel you apart of me and who I am.
My dog is only 10 weeks old and is the mellowest dog I have ever seen. He doesn't jump or bite or get roudy with my kids. When we go for walks, he literally stays right at my side and won't wander. I think that's unusual for a puppy. And he's very friendly, so it's not like it's a shy thing. He will go up to anyone and lick them and wag his tail.
candy- Her favorite thing to do is patty cake. Mickey-He is the biggest dogs in the house, but the biggest baby Summer- She is a mother to everything she meets Scooby-He sleeps on his back Taya- She loves to be around ONLY my daughter Tickles- She can climb up gates
Kai, my American Eskimo, likes to play with 2 or 3 toys at a time. He gathers them up in a pile and acts like one of them is trying to get away. Alex, my Chow Chow mix, falls asleep sitting up when I am blow-drying him after his bath. It's hilarious! He usually has his back to me and I see him slowly slumping over until he finally gives up and lays down. He will not walk over anything (like dirty laundry). He makes me move it or will go around. He also refuses to open a door, even if it is cracked open.
Rocky- It's his eyes. It is like a human looking at you. He says so much to you with just a look. Pugs Lee- It's the way she has adapted to us and understands there is a better way of life...and it is good!! Molly- It is simply her personality and the way she loves us.
Daisy (pomeranian)- She will only let you pet her when she is on one of her pillows. She has pillows in various places all over the house and if she wants to be petted she will come up to you and pat her foot on the floor and yap and turn and start to walk away. If you don't follow her she'll continue with the foot tapping and yapping until you do. Lucy (cocker spaniel)- Lucy was abused as a puppy and if anyone startles her while she's asleep she will bite. She also lost her tail and only has a little bit of a nub so when she wags her tail her whole butt shakes also and we say that Lucy is nubbing. Its so cute. Mikey (king charles)- He LOVES his balls. So much so that we have to put them in the sink sometimes just to get him to leave us alone. He'll come up to us and drop it on the floor and bark and bark until we throw it. Thank goodness my house is big enough to throw balls in the house. Toby (lab, german shepard)- He loves to walk under your legs when you're standing up. He'll just walk back and forth under your legs whenever you're up on your feet. Zoe (beagle)- All Zoe wants to do is make sure none of the other dogs have anything. Whenever they get something like a toy out of the basket she's right there to take it away. Tucker (lab, doberman)- He's just a big baby and he whines and whines. If I whine he'll come up to me and lick me all over my face and whine back right along with me. He's so cute. It hurts though because he also nibbles when he gives kisses. Its worst when he gets me in the nose.
I love how Lucy only has one eye and no one ever notices, except for young children. Amazing how observant they are. Lucy has a perfect black patch that covers over the eye that is missing and children are the only ones who notice. =)
A lot of parents will correct the child saying no honey that is just a black patch lol and if the child asks if they are right I will usually tell her story.
