I never heard of a Texas Red Nose. There is a color variation of the nose of pits. Some have black noses, some chocolate, and some red noses. Hence a pit called a red nose.Your pit may be half Am Staff, and half APBT.
I don't own a An Staff , I own 2 APBT ,so in all honesty I can only tell you about APBT ,not Am Staffs. I know they are bred with certain standards for conformation . I think they may ran at the most no more then 60 to 70 pounds. An actual Am Staff owner is better apt to answer your questions .
Hello I own APBT's as well. AmStaffs are generally shorter then APBT and yes, as rednosered stated APBT and AMStaffs are two seperate breeds. I have never heard of Texas Red nose either Im assuming it's a reference to nose color. If you don't mind my asking where did you get your dogs? And who told you they were Pit/staff?
