I have a 4 yr. old chihuahua. I have had lucky ever since he was 8 wks. old. He is a sweetheart and really loves to play with any dog he sees(even if that dog is on the other side of the fence)Lucky is an indoor dog but spends most of his day outside because he begs to go and play outside in the big yard he has all by himself. He feels really lonely playing by himself so I have decided to find him a good budy. It doesnt matter how old or its sex as long as its a small dog, since lucky is a small dog. Lucky is really spoiled. He always gets new treats, toys, and clothe. His new buddy will also be spoiled just like lucky. If anyone is looking for a good home for their small dog, I would be happy to give him/her a great home!!!!!!!!! I live in San Jose, Ca. please e-mail me at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Well, good for you for having a Chi! They are little joys, eh? I would suggest another Chihuahua, since Chis perfer their own kind. Is your boy fixed? ---Allie the Chihuahua http://www.dogster.com/?41063 ---Mönica the Kitty http://www.catster.com/?57596
Of course another chi would be great, but I suspect you may be asking because you want another breed? What is the situation? My chi gets along with my big dogs, do you specifically want a small dog, or do you not want another chi? Have a good day! well of course i would suggest a pomeranian. But they dont seem to be real popular around here as far as ownership. Not that any one is against them, i just dont see too many threads about them, but then again i just pop in and try to contribute once in awhile. OK so i was no help. Anywayz just another small breed option.............
Hey there, One thing you need to think about is that your little male is likely to be possessive. I'm not up on Chichuahua (did I spell it right) behavior, but I remember reading that this is sometimes a problem. I think a Pug would be an excellent choice, but I think that a bitch would be better than a dog. Chichuahua experts out there--do you agree?
Snoppy what kind of dog do you have, would you recommend to this chihuahua (I spelled it right this time) owner? I have a white Schnauzer (I think that's what she is) and a cream Standard Poodle Both are good dog breeds but compared to a chihuahua, not small, eh?
I am also looking for a buddy for my 5 1/2 year old chihuahua. I have been doing research and from what I have learned most chihuahuas like other chihuahuas best. I am currently looking for another chihuahua because I think that will make a best fit for my other dog.
