I think they are elastic straps that can be used for a male pup and it goes around the belly over the "weewee" area to discourage peeing in the house. Anyone ever try one and do they work. It sounds like a great idea for all those people having trouble with pottytraining male dogs. Layla http://www.dogster.com/?79653
Yes, they work great! I use them on my yorkie studs when they come in the house and want to mark everywhere. Put a stayfree ultra thin panty liner in and then you don't have to wash them as much and they fit inside perfect on the bands I bought. www.showpaps.com/bellybands.html
Lalaya, we call them belly bands. If you can sew, it would be a lot cheaper, but small ones at the shows run about $8-10. They are mainly for intact males that are around females in heat. But they are not foolproof. And yes, the males will lift their legs and pee like they don't even know they're there. They also come in handy if you're visiting somebody with a male that will mark. ltlgto
lalayla.............I was just looking at those in the new Drs. Foster & Smith magazine. They are $20. for the small ones. That is more than liltgto said they were at the shows. I don't know why you could not buy one of those real wide ace bandages, and cut it to size, and put a liner in it. I put a panty thing on my male used for females in heat, not only did he not mark he would not move. My husband finally felt sorry for him and took it off. They both looked at like I was evil.
