masses tend to be very vascular. so it is possible there is a slow bleed out with this mass, also a very common thing with splenic tumors. the body can compensate for slow bleeds for awhile before you run into a critical problem. you will find out all your answers tomorrow during the ultrasound. i would highly suggest you keep him as quiet as possible between now and then to avoid it possibly rupturing. also make absolutely sure tomorrow that no one picks him up by putting pressure on his abdomen. please let us know how he is tomorrow.
