Thinks everybody for there prayers. He is not doing good at all.We had to come back yesterday because of my husbands work. My nephew is still in critical condition. He is still in a coma and they have done 5 surgeries on him and are doing another 1 today. The doctors said they donot know if he has brain damage or not. He got a bad infection to that is making his fever stay up too. An his oxygen level will not stay up either. Please keep praying for him if you will. I just hope that he will come home soon.
Shadow You know what I really have read about enough of your nonsense. You are a 13 year old child who seems to have to much anger and frustration built up. There is crap posted on this forum every single day that does not pertain to dogs. Have a little compassion. If you want to complain go to one of my posts and complain away. Bassetmom IM so sorry about your nephew. You will remain in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless. ------------------------------------------------------------ ON THE WINGS OF A PRAYER Just close your Eyes and open your heart, And feel your worries and cares depart. Just yield yourself to the Father above, And let him hold you secure in his love. For life on earth grows more involved, With endless problems that can't be solved, But God only ask us to do our best, Then he will take over and finish the rest... So when you are tired, discouraged and blue, There is always one door that is open to you, And that is the door to The House of Prayer, And you'll find God waiting to meet you there. And The House of Prayer is no further away, than the quiet spot where you kneel and pray. For the heart is a temple when God is there As we place ourselves in his loving care. And he hears every prayer and answers each one When we Pray in His name - Thy will be done. The burdens that seemed too heavy to bear Are lifted away on the wings of a prayer. by: Helen Steiner Rice
Hey there Bassetmom...hope you guys are holding up ok through all of this. Keep strong. Shadowdog....think before you type please....you say a lot of hurtful things. Bassetmom explained in another post that it wasn't pet related but was upset....we all told her to keep us posted.
Bassetmom-my prayers are with your nephew. If you have any questions, feel free to ask, I am a nurse on a unit that takes care of those types of injuries. Keep up hope. I have seen kids with head injuries that nobody thought would ever wake up or function again and they did and came back to the unit to thank us months later.
Sorry!!!! I keep reading the posts wrong! I never saw a last one, and I also stated that posting things like this can be upsetting! No one exactly likes to hear about sad things like this...sorry! :( Hope your nephew gets better- I'm sure...just have faith.
Bassettmom....................Try to hang in there. I know that does not come easy. We are praying for you and your family. ShadowDog..............I did not read what you said, but I do know this is not the first time you have said that you read the wrong post. I am not sure exactly how you are doing that. Which do you think would be worse, hearing about sad things or living them?
Thanks everybody for your prayers and thoughts. Talked to his mom earlier and she said the dr.s still cant sew his belly up bacause his is still swelling an they are afraid it will only bust back open ando more harm then good. He is still in a coma. His wife said the infection is getting worse too. I just hope god will help bring him back to us.
