belfia, dogs are not a cash crop. If you want to breed something try fish, there are very few of those being euthanized in shelters right now.[/co>

No there's nothing wrong with entering your dog in obedience and agility. In fact it's really good for the dog.

You can get a humane trap, trap that cat, and if you know it's got a home,take it there, and if not take it to a no kill shelter. Good luck.

It would cost you far less to drive to a rural vet, and have this surgery done. My vet would charge about $500.00 for the surgery. I hope you find one soon. Good luck.
