sure it would be ok for a kid to hold the pup just make sure that your with the kid and that the kid don't drop it

i am with karma88 im a little late but so sorry to hear i have lost a litter before none lived and one time only 2 lived from like 10 puppies but one of the two ran away the other one i still have once more so sorry for you!
