Yes, it is fog acne. My cat has cat acne, heehee. Leave it, or if it appears infected, go to the vet. They'll give you topical solution!

Well, I think a dog that he can put in his lap would be nicer for him.
Maybe a Bichon Frise, or an older Chihuahua. Or a small mutt that is not very hyper.
