Have you given her Nylabones? How about a Kong? Anything to take her mind off of the chewing, and give her positive reinforcement when she doesn't chew on the undesirable items.

You need to see a vet ASAP. It could be a urinary tract infection (UTI) which is treatable with antibiotics. Your vet will be able to tell you through a urinalysis and/or UPC test whether it's a UTI or something more serious.
