The "Personality Cut" looks like the puppy cut that I always kept my Shih-tzu in. Nice cut, cute and easy to care for. I took Daisy to the groomers, so don't have a clue how to do it myself.

Congratulations Heather on the new puppy. He is adorable and they look very happy together. Shih-tzus are the nicest dog, aren't they? Have fun.

I thought shelters alter their pets at a very young age. I didn't realize that it was recommended by vets to wait that 6 months anymore.

I doubt that rotten garbage will make bears sick, but I'm not an authority. I know they get into peoples garbage up here. The hunters use expired sweets, like donuts and cakes for hunting. So, I'd think bears are pretty much a garbage disposal.
