Well if the vet is not feeling "inclined" to look at the bumps I would be going to another vet alltogether. I personally have no idea what they could be besides maybe cysts(sp) from how you are explaining them. Sounds pretty nasty though so good luck...

Puppy Rule # 1 when going to your new home.
If you yowl loud enough and long enough, someone will miraculously appear. They will say something to you in a rough tone of voice but since you can't understand them anyway, just wiggle and wag...
