I'm thinking reverse hiccups. Mollie does it sometimes, its scary huh? If I catch her doing it, I usually rub her throat gently or since shes a bigger dog I "pat" her on the sides of her ribs and it forces the air thats trapped out.

Wow, I'm stumped. Shes got the coloring of a bulldog...but I don't think thats it....I'll do some research and see what I can find out, lol.
