Take the rawhide away, that will stop the bleeding. And its normal for him to be bleeding, hes probably caused them to come out with his chewing, just like human baby teeth they bleed.

She was already convicted. They let her out because of "medical" problems. The sheriff let her out, shes back in jail because the judge makes the final decision. The judge felt that she should serve her entire sentence.

That sounds a lot like Kennel Cough. You should make a trip to the vet for antibiotics. Usually a dog gets over this on its own, but since its a puppy, I'd talk to a vet and get some meds so it doesn't advance into pneumonia.
