Last night the vet said it could be some kind of allergy and he gave her a steriod shot, they also drew blood so we will see if that reveals anything.

If you are having a serious problem, have you looked around you yard and neighboring yards to make sure they are not breeding any where close. If you can eliminate the breeding sourse you may really cut back on them.
