Did HSUS and PETA say WHY they wanted the dogs put down? I know that some former fighters cannot be rehabilitated, but the ones whose pictures I just saw don't seem to be like that.

When I groomed, I used to trim feet with a treat clenched between my teeth. This helped with most of the dogs, except those that had to be restrained.

I've had dogs all of my life and only one had the "fight" response, which I did everything in my power to discourage.
