Well, I remember when I adopted 2 dogs from the local shelter, they started puking a couple of days later (turns out they had parvo), and the vet told me that it could just be a reaction to their immunizations. So, he said to give them just a litt...

I don't know much about bulldogs. =( Maybe you can do more research on the breed to see if that's common. In the meantime, just keep an eye on him. Maybe a little tylenol could help?
