As far as diet goes. There is no 1 singular food for every dog.
Some dogs will do great on Pedigree others will do horrible on it. Just as some dogs will do great on Canidae but still others will do bad.

Have you tried a furminator. Many people swear by it for stripping fur. And I know that I love mine.
I've used it on dogs that shed all year long, ones that blow their coat 2-3 times each year, rabbits, ferrets, and cats.
