There's alot of variance with mixed breeds. It's hard to tell at first.

I would go for a Golden Retriever MIX from the shelter. Maybe a few years old. Goldens are so laid-back and sweet.

"Designer breeds" are simply mixed breeds with a fancy name attached. That's it! But people decided to capitalize off of natural hybridization and charge ridiculous amounts.

Tail docking at a year and a half? That's just sick and I can't believe a vet would actually do that.
