It would be poetic justice for this evil "breeder" to lose the use of their legs in an accident. It would serve then right. Sure, that may be harsh but that's how I feel. How can people do this kind of stuff???

My 2 year old dog broke off a whisker while we were playing tonight. Do they grow back? If so, do they grow back quickly? What purpose do they serve? It was one of the thick, coarse ones around the mouth (she's a short-haired dog)
