Most vets wont neuter an animal until they are atleast 3 pounds. Atleast the ones i know of. Im sorry to hear about your puppies problems. I had Digger neutered when he was about 5 minths. He was to young for me to notice any behavioral differences...

There are debates all the time on which brand of dog food is the best. What about the cats? My two, Miska and Chuckles, eat 9-lives. Its probally not the best but they like it.
