I can tell you for certain that Ontario (I'm in Toronto, the capital of the Province) definately has passed the BSL law. If your puppy is discovered to be living here, it WILL be taken by Animal Control and more then likely euthanized as any dog tha...

I think what the "bored, old, lazy women" are trying to convey to you is that it's upsetting that you gave up so easily on the sick cat and instead "made an exchange, not a refund" so to speak.
