my pom use to do the same thing. Then she'd change her mind on her favorite food and want something else and wouldn't eat anything till we figured it out.

I've never had any problems with any of my dogs until recently. And I believe since we've had all of the monsoon rains in Az this is where the problem is coming from but not sure. Its usually too cold where I live for them.

Don't approach the neighbors. That could make things worse. I'd call the police (annonymously)and let them know that you suspect animal abuse. Because what a person does to an animal they will most likely have no problem doing to a child.

She had her vet visit today and all looks well. He thinks she might have damaged it chewing since he said all of her teeth looked good that she just needs a good cleaning. So she is going to have that done in about 2 weeks.
