It's a chew deterrent spray. It tastes really bad to them, but is completely safe. You spray it on problem objects they like to chew on or in their mouth if they are misbehaving. Sorry, you wrote that we should be more specific, huh?

I use pizzle sticks (dried bull "genitalia"). They work wonders for my puppy, he actually sits still for minutes at a time.

Poor luvmymutts. I had this happen too (read my post about putting dogs to sleep). Extra treats and a ton of love are the best treatments available.

I don't personally own cihuauhas myself, but I know a few. They are hyper ( the ones I know). It probably depends on the dog individually. As for the dachsunds, I know they're hyper! But they all are cute and sweet!

Don't get a Dachshund and a chihuahua together unless you want to be literally driven out of your mind. I've known both alone and they are so hyper, I couldn't imagine two together.
