Now don't I feel silly. Cricketmom, she is adorable regardless. If my girlfriend wasn't allergic to dogs, I would get a Yorkie. An ex-girlfriend of mine had one and he was a wonderful dog. He was a tea-cup Yorkie.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. I am glad I can post about my new cat. I am so excited about getting her. I am a 33 year old girl. I live alone in a condo. I have a girlfriend who is allergic to dogs so that is why I am getting a cat instead....

What a great topic. My previous cat got her vaccines every year and lived until she was 15. After reading this topic maybe I should do something different with my new cat ? I am getting her from the shelter and she will already have all her vaccine...
