Some odler dogs do this too. My sister's yorkie is getting older and she gets so excited when anyone comes over she jumps on the couch and pees.

I agree with both of the above. I would alter my walking route if possible just to stay away from her, she sounds like she has a screw loose.

Is there any recourse through AKC? If she is advertising it as a mix and your papers say pure pom, it seems like it would be falsifying (sp?) AKC papers. Just a thought.

May I ask if you put the bricks down yourself? I have a french door like that and have been toying with the idea and wondering how hard and expensive it would be. It looks great.
