Hip Dysplasia in any hounds from hunting stock is very rare. Hunters breed their best dogs to their best dogs. Their "best" dogs have generally been hunted day in and day out. A Dysplasic hound will not hold up under those conditions.

I know of a Coonhound that sold for $50,000 and several more that sold for $30,000 +. So i guess expensive is really a relative term lol

Have you even seen what hogs can do? They are incredibly destructive. They are also not native and throw off the balance of things. If this law if passed prepair yourself to have people killed regularly by wild hogs.

UKC does register Cur dogs but not as treeing curs they are several variety of cur dogs. Mountain curs are the most popular. If you are into coonhunting and would like to try Compition hunting you can also register him with PKC.
