Have you tried Bach's Rescue Remedy? You can get it at Health food stores. I used to give it to my epileptic after seizures. It's a natural stress releiver. Might be worth a try.

I wish I had an answer. My neighbors cats do the same thing to me. They are constantly digging up my plants and using my flowerbeds for a litter box. Nasty!!

And a bunch of horses too.

I just suck it up and get wet. I can towel Pepper off when we get back inside. If it's raining really hard I usually grab an umbrella.
