You need to speak to a vet regarding this. You also need to make sure the vet is available should an emergency C-section be needed.

We use a Dremel grinder on our small dogs. It eliminates cutting too far into the nail and leaves a nice, smooth edge.

What health testing do you do for your dogs prior to breeding? CERF? Thyroid?

What registry to you use?

Do you show your dogs in conformation? Agility? Obedience?

Nope, I'm who I originally registered as. I live in a state where puppymills are rampant. For 40+ years I have worked in rescue and to help shut these places down. As far as my issues with APRI - they are dishonest and are in it for the money......
