Vaccinating just in case is unhealthy. The cat has already been vaccinated, so she has enough titers to last her the rest of her life. If anyone is worried, just have a titer run on her, and poof, all fixed up.

You leave them be and they heal.

Because there is a bloodvessel in the nail, you get lots of bloeeding. Once that stops, they are fine. Have the vet make suer the toe is not broken, and your going to have to check for infections.
