Personal grooming, and salt. Eye boogers are full of salt. Most dogs love salty things. Gaining salt is a goal for many animals, and they are not waistful of salty resourcses.

My first general thought is to talk with the breeder about keeping the puppy for another month or two. Some pups can manage that long, but not a large amount of them.

According to the maker, it is safe to use on pregnant dogs. Personaly, nothing is going on my pregnant mother. Fetuses are to helpless for that.
