find another vet. She needs to see one asap. An over sized litter can mean a c-section, and if she is already having problems, you may ended up losing her.

it depends on why she had the c-section. If the pups can fit through the birth canal, and have no complications, then yes she will be able to deliver naturally.

I was told that it is ok for them to nurse from the infected nipple. You can also milk it yourself. There isn't much else you can do. good luck
