Mine tend to have their pups within a 24hr time period after the temp drops and stays down. I would say she is going to have them soon. alot of panting, nesting, and clinging to you are major signs for me.

you probably need to supplement a bottle. He is probably not getting much milk and is weak because of it. I perfer Just Born, it is pretty easy to find. If you bottle feed him, he may come around. I would start asap.

I would definatly seek another vets opinion. Something isn't right. My girls calm completly down about 15-20mins after the last pup is born. it is almost like an on/off switch. I would have her checked out asap.
