I have been breeding for four years. I was sure that she couldn't get pregnant but I wasn't 100 percent positive because I never had a male want my females when they weren't in heat. I am sorry I asked such a stupid question. Sorry.

Alright then, for stupid question number two, other then keeping them separated, is there anyway to get my male to leave her alone or should I just let her take care of him. lol

Can a dog get pregnant if she is not in heat? My male WILL NOT leave my female alone. She keeps snapping at him and making him back down but anytime he is near her he gets out of control just to try to get to her.
