I don't find it disgusting at all. My brother's pit bull nursed my cat's kittens years ago. It was very sweet. :)

I think all dogs with floppy ears are prone to yeast/ear infections...at least that's what my vet says.

I'd take dry puppy food add warm water, set it out until it's mush and feed them that. Also Mom and the pups should be ona better food than pedigree.

Here's a thought...maybe the dog is like my Baxter and has allergies that literally pulls/chews the hair off and has HUGE bald spots, so rather than deal with the bald spots...she shaved it so it would all grow in evenly.
