My cat is constantly licking me. Whether at night or in the morning.. and everywhere.. face arms legs feet.. Especially in the morning.. and after my alarm goes off..It's really cute but I'm curious as to why?

is there a such thing as the collar being too heavy for my dog or cat? I have very small animals and i don't want to hurt there necks.
