Pope that was me. That was a puppy out of Lagniappe's first litter.

This litter is out of Zatarain.

We have an appointment today at 2:30. They are pretty booked up this moring. I'm sure you can image.

Well I don't know if these are top reasons but here are some that we get.

1. re-did the house - dog doesn't go with couch or rug anymore.

2. puppy peed on the floor. this is after adopting it 24 hours before.

Well the last litter I had was 10 puppies, so 8 should be a piece of cake.

As for doing the tails and de-claws myself. It is one of those things I don't mind helping with and watching, but I don't really want to do it myself...

Well 13 years ago I know the Scottish Deerhounds ran about 3200.00 for a pet puppy.

They usually can't x-ray and see anything until the 52nd day or so, but they can be taken as early as the 43rd day.

The vet can palpate at the 22nd to the 29th day.

Well if she looks like she had puppies before then she might be pregant.

The owners might have bred her before she got loose.

I would definatly keep an eye on her, she could be in the middle of her heat cycle.

Well I was always told 30 days, but I would check with you local AC to make sure. They may not make you wait that long. I maen they only wait 3 to 5 days.
