Thanks oxfordbostons. That's what I thought too, but his preventive has ivermectine in it!!! I'm confused, yikes!!!

I have a 10yo blue heeler. She has HW so she will go under treatment soon. Now, I need to put her on preventive but it's too expensive and really the prev entive mix is ivermectine + pyperazine. Anyone using ivermectine with success? If yes, how and ...

I have a 2yo pembroke corgi. He just did great on his annual checkup but, the preventive is so expensive I'm tempted to use ivermectine. Anyone with pembroke corgies using ivermectine? If yes, how much and how? Thanks for your help.
