Your best bet would be to take her to the vet right away. Most dogs only cycle every 6 months, sometimes longer so it is unlikely that she is in heat again. She could have an infection or some other sort of medical emergency!!

Ha well there is a BYB for ya!! You really should've asked questions before you let them breed. I too hope for her sake that she isn't pregnant because you obviously don't know the first thing about breeding dogs other then putting boy and girl tog...

Did you explain to him that he could rack himself up some nice vet bills by feeding her something that she could actually have a reaction to such as chocolate?? Maybe the thought of paying alot of money for his mastakes would get him to stop. ...

Well unfortunately none of us can stop her from getting another dog. None of us can convince her that she is uneducated and that the way she handled her dogs and situation was wrong. She doesn't want to listen and i don't think she'll be coming bac...

Females do hump but i have never heard of a spayed female doing it....So it could be a dominance thing since she is entering adolence and is testing all the boundries. Or do you have another female that isn't spayed in the house?? My two girls tend...

Yes you could at least reduce the number, you may not eliminate it completely but being prepared and having a good vet does wonders and will save puppies!

I would not go for it. Sounds like she doesn't really know what shes talking about. Although it is common practice and reasonable to charge more for breeding prospects or show prospects $500 seems like a big jump for just the breeding rights, usual...
