I bet if I took the worst specimen of any breed, or not even the breed I am calling it and send them 45.00, they would send me champion papers....

I would quit the milk and puppy tabs, just invest in a good high quality puppy food.
Look for something without all the corn and rice fillers.
Personally I like Nutro Ultra Puppy food, or Canidae.
