Dusty, I agree!!! My Husband is now on a low sodium diabetic diet... ( And has alot of other things going on)
I am SO careful what he is eating!!!!
Then I find out the Fresh fish I am feeding him could have Mercury, The Peanut butter...

It doesnt seem like your co worker is very responsible!!
She (I am sorry to say) doesnt need an animal! If she gets rid of them so fast! She needs to start out with a small pet!!! Then work her way up!
