My kitten Bailey sits and cries until I answer all of the time. She is only 11 weeks old though. But it's really sweet that she needs me. Allie who is 4 months old used to do it too until she realized that I am always coming back and she's much more ...

I don't have much advice and nobody can tell you what decision you should make for Cabbie. But you have my sympathy and my heart really goes out to you to see him go through this after losing him once already. I have an elderly cat that has a tumor...

I would wait and watch for personality traits to match their names to. They don't really learn the name right away like a dog does. I like to use less common names for my pets. No Tiggers or Muffins for me. (Max came with the name so that's not my f...

Excellent advice from M13Lucky! PLEASE expose yourself to someone else's cat for a prolonged period before you get one of your own. It's not worth the heartbreak of having to get rid of the kitty if you find out that you are allergic. Asthmatic alle...

Be careful. Any change is actually not doing them much of a favor. It just upsets their belly. They don't really need the variety that humans do. Once you find something they like, they are happier and healthier to just stick with it. Even a can o...
