Kongs are good to pass time but are no fun have one, lets say im watching a movie i would fill it up a lot and he would be quite for the whole thing.

How old is your dad and the dog, sometimes older people don't
want a hyper young dog if thats the case get an older one, they do make get dogs though, every intellegent should be a good match.

MericoX19 i no what u mean every dog in shelters, pounds, etc. should get nuetered to stop this theres enough unwanted dogs in this world and people just don't get it
