My guess is that she meant spitz.. as a sphinx is a type of cat. A spitz is a "type" of dog - cant remember all of them but I know the American eskimo is a spitz.

Welcome to the joys of owning a Schnauzer. They can be verryy pickly. I will usually mix in about a spoonful of a good canned food with their high quality food to get them to eat.

I say that you as well are a BYB.. the parti is just icing on the cake. You cannot better the breed, if you are breeding specifically for pets.. ie what every colors you see fit. The original schnauzers were not white... not sure where you are gettin...

Windy's correct.. that other breeds are thought of for the white and parti schnauzers. Liver is just a dilute of black - that is if I remember correctly.
