There are basically only a few breeds that don't shed. Chinese Crested shed, but they have so little hair, unless you get the powderpuff variety. The following breeds don't shed, but have hair require brushing, trimming &/or professional groomi...

I'd point you in the direction of Innova, Nutro, and Canidae brand dog foods. I've used Canidae, it's a very very good food. Nutro and Innova aren't avaible in my area but a lot of Akita breeders and owners I know swear by it.

Just because a breed has incidence of those doesn't mean the dog you will get will. All dogs, purebred or mixed breed, can have a wide variety of health problems, it's a breeder's responsibility to breed dogs that are tested to make sure they don't ...

Those might be 'hot spots' from itching. The dog scratches itself so much, it creates sores from the chewing and biting. You need to take her to a vet and have a skin scraping done of the hot spots to make sure there's no bacteria or worms in it. Som...

I'd pick up a squirt bottle and fill it with 1/4 vinegar, 3/4 water and give him a squirt in response to growls. As I stated in earlier posts, this is dominance agression. I do not put up with my dogs growling at me for any reason. As far as your do...
