He gets 1 1/2 cups in the morning and 1 1/2 cups in the evening, so I am overfeeding. I will cut it down to 1 cup am and 1 cup pm. We do not have a treadmill. We go to the gym in the winter. This weekend it is supposed to get up to almost 40 which...

No don't worry about the energy level...puppies are always very energetic. I would worry more about him if he were not bouncing off the walls!

The vet is very important though. Don't delay in getting him there. He needs checked out. ...

Buster has a lot of digestive issues so I will start adding green beans as you suggested rather than change his food. He always acts hungry and I hate to cut his portions any more. They have been cut to the bone, but I will cut a little and then ad...

I had problems with wild animals co...

I am a firm believer in spaying/neutering your dogs. I have both a female and a male and have never seen a difference in their behaviour. My female was spayed at 6 months and my male was neutered older because he was a rescue. After you have your ...

Lots of questions, I know, but just trying to get an idea of the entire situation.

I have a German Shorthair mix that we had spayed last year. To be honest, it didn't seem to bother her much at all. The vet made a small incision in her lower abdomen. The biggest issues we had is once she was feeling better, she still had stitche...
