I would be looking for a new complex to move into, personally. Do you know the reason they do not allow Chows? Do you live in a state/county that has banned/restricted that breed? I would start researching immediately and possibly look into sear...

Take Munchkin to the vet after her heat cycle is done to be spayed...until then, buy some earplugs and try not to get her too excited by petting her...she'll just yowl louder.
