It is never easy,I have had to put two dogs to sleep and have been heart broken both times. But I would trade that pain anyday for the years I had them. The price of love.....

I don't know where I can accross this but it has helped me deal...

I have a 7 yr old ridgeback that has backed on a few extra pounds. I put her on Purina One weight control and cut back her intake by one cup, but it doesn't seem to be helping. Does anyone have any suggestions on a better diet food.

I put a large stuffed animal and an old alarm clock that you can hear the secs tick in with my ridgeback when she was a puppy. The otherthing I tried was I fed her a warm snack before bed, that made her sleepy.

Well that was it, I changed her food a and now the smell is gone.

I feed her Beneful weight control. She doesn't have an ear infection they look clean. The smell is kind of a dirty wet dog smell kind of stale, and seams to originate from her backside. She is an indoor dog and goes to work with me everyday. The only...

I just changed my 7 yr old Ridgebacks food to a diet brand to help her lose some weight.The issue is she seams to smell funny, could her food cause that?
